6. How do children
and young people benefit from integrated Brain Gym exercise?
Brain gym or educational kinesiology is a student centered approach
to learning
which uses movement activities to allow the learner to switch-on

connections blocked by stress, allowing the natural learning potential
to emerge.
Once the individual learns to move correctly integration becomes
automatic
choice and the students does not depend upon Brain Gym movements
to maintain
integration.
